Within this activity imesAPI is specialized in two large areas:
Public lighting audits
Our experience in the maintenance of public lighting, our management and inventory procedures, our technical and analytical capability mean that imesAPI has the necessary tools to carry out energy audits, all according to the Energy Audit Procedure (Standard UNE-216501: 2009 and EN 16247-1).
Audits of buildings
The old age of many buildings means that their installations are not very efficient, that they do not have energy saving systems and in almost no case are they adapted to the new construction requirements (CTE). All this means these buildings can improve and save energy.
imesAPI offers its clients the knowledge and experience necessary to audit these buildings; the study, inventory and data collection of the lighting, HVAC and energy consuming elements will allow us to pinpoint the energy inefficiencies and design a plan for the implementation of measures to alleviate them.
We design and carry out the verification and savings plans related to the measures contemplated in energy audits, according to the international protocols established by EVO (Efficiency Valuation Organization) in its document IPMVP (International Protocol of Measurement and Verification).
