The construction of buildings is another activity in which imesAPI operates from its origins to this day. We build, mostly, for various governmental bodies, which has granted the company solid experience in the sector.<\/p>\n

Due to the situation in recent times and the significant drop in activity in the sector, the company has also specialized in interior renovations and refurbishments, with remarkable success and a growing portfolio of clients.<\/p>\n

We have the equipment and companies required to carry out the construction of any type of residential construction, private buildings, public housing, cooperatives, etc.<\/p>\n

We have expertise in all types of constructions and we have the capability to implement the most innovative technologies and materials currently available. We carry out new construction<\/strong> works, all types of Restoration and renovations,<\/strong> construction of all types of business premises and construction of outdoor spaces, among others.<\/p>\n

For each project, we devise the Safety & Prevention plan,<\/strong> its implementation, maintenance and periodic inspection, as well as training sessions, which ensure a high level of safety to all staff involved in the works.<\/p>\n

The restoration of buildings and premises, as well as their remodelling and refurbishment are part of the basic services that imesAPI provides.<\/p>\n

Proof of this are the numerous works carried out in recent years, among which, outstanding works such as the remodelling carried out in the Oncological National Center,<\/strong> remodelling of schools and high schools or adaptations of premises for new uses, usually offices.<\/p>\n
