Thanks to its technical and operational capacity and its financial solvency, imesAPI is one of the main companies in the sector, managing and maintaining more than half a million points of light.<\/p>\n

Our Technology<\/strong><\/p>\n

imesAPI has developed and implemented a platform for the comprehensive management of public lighting (SIGMA<\/strong>) in many cities. SIGMA has GIS capabilities of remote control and maintenance operation and energy management modules.<\/p>\n

Since 2010, imesAPI is certified as an Energy Services Company (ESE)<\/strong>. In the public lighting projects in which it acts as ESE, the company is responsible for the setting up of the new installations, financing, energy management, maintenance and total guarantee during the period of the concession.     The main objective of ornamental lighting is to highlight, by means of light, the beauty of a building, monument, architectural structure and even a fountain or garden, to attract the attention of the public or beautify the nightlife with festive motifs.<\/p>\n

        imesAPI has been a certified Energy Services Company<\/strong> (ESE<\/strong>) since 2010; obtained an energy efficiency certification ISO 50,001<\/strong> in 2013, and a certification as a Provider of Energy Services under the recent UNE 216701 <\/strong>standard.<\/p>\n

        All this proves our capability to develop any type of projects for the improvement of energy efficiency. We currently manage more than 150,000 points of light under the ESE modality<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

        imesAPI manages comprehensive energy services contracts for the Public Administration: long-term contracts with total financing of works, investments and renovations by means of the energy savings obtained based on the 5P model (IDAE model).<\/p>\n
