Within imesAPI Group, Cosersa is in charge of this area, which focuses on inspection, reparation and cleaning of piping, and waste management.<\/p>\n

There are many different types of pipes, for water, gas and industrial networks, but they all have a common denominator: they are often inaccessible to people, either by size or location. Cosersa has the necessary equipment: robots and TV cameras for inspection.<\/p>\n

For the rehabilitation of pipelines we use trenchless technology, suitable for pipes of small diameter between 80 mm and 300 mm, typical in high-rise building. Its size and ease of transportation allows for rehabilitation in buildings that otherwise could only be repaired by replacing the whole network of pipes.<\/p>\n

Cosersa also has equipment capable of milling obstacles inside a pipe, such as roots, etc. For those works which can\u2019t be done without trenching, Cosersa has the necessary equipment.<\/p>\n

Moreover, Cosersa has the appropriate equipment for industrial cleaning, cleaning of sewage, of all kinds of pipes and streets.<\/p>\n

Finally, Cosersa is authorized for the management and transport of hazardous waste and electronically informs the government of the waste management actions, in accordance with current legislation.<\/p>\n

Management of non-hazardous waste is also done following European guidelines regarding the priorities for its management: reuse, recycling, energy recovery or disposal in controlled landfill.<\/p>\n

INDUSTRIAL CLEANING, SEWERAGE AND ALL TYPES OF PIPES<\/strong><\/p>\n

We have crossover suction and impulsion vehicles to solve any problem of obstruction in any type of pipe.<\/p>\n

The vehicles are equipped with impulse pumps that work at a pressure of 750 atmospheres.<\/p>\n

We have nozzles and special auxiliary means, capable of solving any problem in pipes of different diameters.<\/p>\n

We have small vehicles for access to garages or places where tanker trucks cannot access.<\/p>\n

WORKS IN CONFINED SPACES<\/strong><\/p>\n

To work in confined spaces, we have semi-autonomous breathing equipment, gas meters and explosimetres.<\/p>\n

CLEANING OF PUBLIC SPACES<\/strong><\/p>\n

We have high-capacity SELF-TILTING trucks, as well as smaller ones to facilitate access to narrow streets, garages, etc.<\/p>\n

We have equipment with pressurised water for cleaning public roads.<\/p>\n

Waste Management<\/h3>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t

Cosersa offers waste producers all the means and equipment necessary for the management of their waste (hazardous and non-hazardous).<\/p>\n

In addition, it carries out the transport of hazardous waste to the facilities of the final manager where,\u00a0depending on the waste, the evaluation, disposal and security deposit activities are carried out, issuing a Management Certificate for each withdrawal.<\/p>\n

Cosersa is an authorized manager for the Management and Transport of Hazardous Waste by the Autonomous Regions of Madrid and Castilla-La Mancha, and electronically informs the respective Departments of Environment monthly, quarterly and annually of the Management of Waste made.<\/p>\n

Cosersa complies with the regulations regarding the transport of hazardous and non-hazardous goods by road (ADR)<\/a> and has a safety advisor.<\/p>\n
