Inspection and Restoration of Pipelines<\/h3>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t

To carry out proper maintenance of existing networks or quality control of new works, it is essential to detect and correctly diagnose any faults and their precise location.<\/p>\n

To perform this job we have several robots and TV cameras with data collection equipment installed inside a vehicle. This equipment allows perfect viewing of the pipes with sections between 10 mm and 1,800 mm, by introducing robotic colour TV cameras, plus recording the inside in video and CD-ROM. They also have powerful software to carry out and print technical reports in situ, scan images for transfer to paper, make snapshots, layout the longitudinal profile of the section of pipeline inspected indicating slope, accurate measurement of any cracks or other incidents, electronic distance measuring system, etc.<\/p>\n

We also have equipment that allows milling obstacles inside a pipe, for example, penetrating connections, roots, etc.\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\t
