{"id":11256,"date":"2022-05-23T14:18:09","date_gmt":"2022-05-23T14:18:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.imesapi.es\/?p=11256"},"modified":"2022-05-23T14:18:11","modified_gmt":"2022-05-23T14:18:11","slug":"construccion-de-62-viviendas-garajes-y-trasteros-para-el-fondo-de-derribos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.imesapi.es\/en\/construccion-de-62-viviendas-garajes-y-trasteros-para-el-fondo-de-derribos\/","title":{"rendered":"Construcci\u00f3n de 62 viviendas, garajes y trasteros para el Fondo de Derribos"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>CLIENTE: FONDO DE DERRIBOS DEL GOBIERNO DE CANTABRIA (F.C.P.J.)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>LOCALIZACI\u00d3N: ARNUERO (Cantabria)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">IMESAPI, Divisi\u00f3n de Conservaci\u00f3n y Medio Ambiente<\/mark><\/strong><\/em>, ha sido adjudicataria del contrato &#8220;<strong>CONSTRUCCI\u00d3N DE 62 VIVIENDAS, GARAJES Y TRASTEROS EN LA FASE I DEL PLAN PARCIAL DEL SECTOR 01 QUEJO, BOCARRERO (ARNUERO).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En definitiva, se va a realizar la ejecuci\u00f3n de 62 viviendas distribuidas en 6 bloques que disponen de plantas s\u00f3tano (68 plazas de garaje y 85 trasteros), baja, primera y segunda (destinadas a vivienda) y cubiertas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se proyectan dos tipolog\u00edas diferentes de bloques A y D por una parte, con viviendas en planta baja, primera y segunda, y el resto de bloques (B1, C, E y F), por otra, con viviendas en planta baja y viviendas d\u00faplex en plantas primera y segunda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"571\" height=\"557\" data-id=\"11258\" src=\"https:\/\/www.imesapi.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/850.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11258\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Todos ellos disponen de planta s\u00f3tano (garaje y trasteros) baja, primera y segunda. Las plantas de cada bloque est\u00e1n comunicadas a trav\u00e9s de escaleras y se deja previsto el hueco para la instalaci\u00f3n de ascensor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Todas las viviendas constan de 2 dormitorios, sal\u00f3n, cocina-comedor, ba\u00f1o y un espacio abierto; ya sea terraza en plantas superiores o jard\u00edn en planta baja y tendedero.
