Santa Cruz de Tenerife<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">La UTE formada por\u00a0<span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><em><strong>ECOCIVIL ELECTROMUR G.E, S.L (Delegaci\u00f3n Tenerife)<\/strong><\/em><\/span>\u00a0y RAMITEN S.L (UTE EL CARDONAL), ha sido adjudicataria del contrato de obra denominado \u201c<strong>Rehabilitaci\u00f3n \u00c1rea de Regeneraci\u00f3n y Renovaci\u00f3n Urbana (ARRU), 2\u00aa fase del grupo de \u201cEl Cardonal\u201d, bloques 66 a 71 (ARRU El Cardonal 2\u00aa Fase)<\/strong><strong>\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Las obras se realizar\u00e1n en el conjunto de la edificaci\u00f3n correspondiente al A.R.R.U. \u201cEL CARDONAL\u201d FASE II, el cual se compone de un total de 6 bloques conocidos como BLOQUES 66 a 71, y se encuentran ubicados en la Avenida El Cardonal-Taco, en San Crist\u00f3bal de La Laguna, Santa Cruz de Tenerife.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Se trata de actuar en los elementos comunes de las edificaciones, para mejorar las condiciones de habitabilidad, seguridad, instalaciones comunes de fontaner\u00eda y saneamiento, y recuperar el patrimonio edificado, mediante obras de mejora de embellecimiento, seguridad, estanqueidad as\u00ed como salubridad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Para ello se pretende llevar a cabo las siguientes l\u00edneas diferenciadas de intervenci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>Reparaci\u00f3n, saneado, pintura y embellecimiento de las fachadas.<\/li>\n<li>Impermeabilizaci\u00f3n de la cubierta.<\/li>\n<li>Adecuaci\u00f3n y mejora de las instalaciones el\u00e9ctricas comunes.<\/li>\n<li>Mejora de redes comunes de fontaner\u00eda y saneamiento.<\/li>\n<li>Reparaci\u00f3n, saneado y refuerzo de elementos constructivos y estructurales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-8292\" src=\"http:\/\/imesapi.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/EL-CARDONAL2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"517\" height=\"246\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CLIENTE: SOCIEDAD MUNICIPAL DE VIVIENDAS Y SERVICIOS DE SAN CRIST\u00d3BAL DE LA LAGUNA, S.A.
