(ERA)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>PA\u00cdS: ESPA\u00d1A, Asturias<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><strong><em>La Divisi\u00f3n de Instalaciones y Servicios de IMESAPI<\/em><\/strong><strong>, Delegaci\u00f3n Asturias,\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>ha sido el adjudicatario del contrato<strong>\u00a0\u201c<\/strong>SERVICIOS AUXILIARES PORTER\u00cdA, CUSTODIA, CONTROL DE ACCESOS, MANTENIMIENTO PRIMERA INTERVENCI\u00d3N, MANTENIMIENTO DE ZONAS VERDES, EN SU CASO, EN 10 CENTROS ADSCRITOS AL ORGANISMO AUT\u00d3NOMO ERA Y EN LA SEDE DE LOS SERVICIOS CENTRALES DEL MISMO\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Lote n\u00ba 1 \u2013 CPR El Nodo (Avil\u00e9s),\u00a0Lote n\u00ba 6 \u2013 CPR Ria\u00f1o (Langreo),\u00a0Lote n\u00ba 7 \u2013 CPR La Tenderina (Oviedo),\u00a0Lote n\u00ba 9 \u2013 Residencia Trisquel (Oviedo).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Los contratos tienen por objeto los servicios auxiliares de porter\u00eda, custodia, control de accesos, mantenimiento de primera intervenci\u00f3n y el mantenimiento de zonas verdes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Los servicios de porter\u00eda, custodia y control de accesos se realizaran 24 horas al d\u00eda, los 365 d\u00edas del a\u00f1o incluyendo domingos y festivos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">En cuanto al servicio de mantenimiento de primera intervenci\u00f3n se realizar\u00e1 de lunes a viernes 7 horas diarias, y las tareas a realizar consistir\u00edan, entre otras, en las siguientes:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>Control de seguridad y funcionamiento de toda la maquinaria y equipaci\u00f3n del centro.<\/li>\n<li>Realizaci\u00f3n del mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo y correctivo del centro (instalaciones, maquinaria y mobiliario).<\/li>\n<li>Tareas complementarias a las de control de legionelosis (sustituci\u00f3n y desinfecci\u00f3n peri\u00f3dica de los difusores de los grifos).<\/li>\n<li>Atender a la calefacci\u00f3n y sus tareas accesorias de encendido y apagado.<\/li>\n<li>Realizar trabajos de pintura del mobiliario, carpinter\u00eda, despachos y dem\u00e1s dependencias.<\/li>\n<li>Trabajos de reparaci\u00f3n relativos a los elementos tales como mobiliario, persianas, cortinas, cisternas, mecanismos el\u00e9ctricos, elementos de iluminaci\u00f3n, grifer\u00eda y, en general cualquier elemento de las instalaciones y equipamiento del centro.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Y por \u00faltimo, en lo relativo al mantenimiento de las zonas verdes, las funciones a realizar ser\u00edan las siguientes:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>Riego de plantas y zonas verdes exteriores y de las plantas de interior.<\/li>\n<li>Siega y desbroce de zonas verdes con vegetaci\u00f3n de crecimiento espontaneo y limpieza de jardines, jardineras y estructuras decorativas exteriores.<\/li>\n<li>Perfilado de las superficies del \u00e1rea tapizante.<\/li>\n<li>Entrecavado peri\u00f3dico de las zonas terrosas ocupadas por \u00e1rboles, arbustos y plantas con objeto de eliminar las malas hierbas y asegurar una buena estructura del suelo.<\/li>\n<li>Poda de \u00e1rboles.<\/li>\n<li>Renovaci\u00f3n de plantas
