Description of the Project
SERVICES FOR THE OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE M-30 RING ROAD AND ASSOCIATED ROADS
The M-30 is the most extensive urban tunnel network in Europe (48 kilometers of tunnels, equivalent to a 118-kilometer underground lane), and the second largest in the world. In total, the network of tunnels and open-air roads exceeds 200 kilometers.
The purpose of this contract is the maintenance, management, and upkeep of the M-30’s road network, infrastructure, and facilities, as well as a series of access roads to the city. It includes the Tunnel Control Center, which centrally manages and operates the roadway and is located in the Méndez Álvaro complex.
